Creator testing terms

EFUGY creator beta participation terms

These terms explain how a confirmed EFUGY test is scoped, how feedback may be used, and how creators keep control of their equipment, work, identity, and media.

Applies to confirmed testing

Current features, beta profiles, and upcoming work are labeled separately so you can plan the next print with confidence.

1. Written assignment

Each test must identify the EFUGY build, printer, firmware, nozzle, material, model, profile, expected steps, safety limits, deliverables, due date, and contact person. The creator may decline an assignment before testing.

2. Safety and authority

The creator decides whether their equipment, environment, material, and experience are appropriate for the test. They may stop at any time when instructions or machine behavior appear unsafe. EFUGY does not ask a creator to bypass manufacturer safety systems.

3. Feedback record

Feedback may include structured form fields, email, screenshots, video, G-code headers, settings, measurements, and a physical print record. The invitation must say which items are required and how they will be stored.

4. Compensation and products

The invitation must disclose whether the creator will receive payment, filament, merchandise, equipment, App Store promotion, reimbursement, or nothing. It must also disclose timing, tax responsibility where relevant, return requirements, and public sponsorship language.

5. Independence

Independent testing must remain separate from paid promotion. A compensated promotional deliverable requires a separate written scope and clear disclosure. Product or payment does not buy a positive result.

6. Names, quotes, and media

EFUGY must obtain clear permission before publishing the creator’s name, handle, quote, likeness, photos, video, audio, model, print result, or private correspondence. Permission should identify the media, destinations, edit rights, attribution, duration, and withdrawal process where applicable.

7. Models and confidential information

Creators should not submit confidential, proprietary, medical, client-owned, or rights-restricted models unless a separate written agreement permits it. Submission does not transfer ownership. EFUGY may reject or delete a file it cannot safely or lawfully evaluate.

8. Results and compatibility

EFUGY may classify a result as creator-reported, EFUGY-reproduced, manufacturer-documented, physically verified, inconclusive, unsupported, or not yet tested. A single success does not create a universal compatibility claim.

9. Withdrawal

A creator may stop future testing by contacting info@rulemobile.com. Already published compensated content, legal records, or evidence used under a prior written permission may require a separate review.

10. Contact

Questions about the proposed program may be sent to info@rulemobile.com. Do not send a private model in the first message.
